Cancellation Policy
We appreciate your business and understand that situations may arise that require you to reschedule your appointment. To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, we kindly ask that you familiarize yourself with our cancellation policy.

Cancellations:

Clients are welcome to reschedule or cancel their appointments with at least 2 hours notice before the appointment time. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client.

Cancellation Fees:

Unfortunately, cancellations made with less than 2 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee.

Deposits and full payments are non-refundable in the case of cancellations.

Why We Have This Policy:

Barbers reserve specific appointment times for each client. Last-minute cancellations make it difficult to fill those slots, potentially impacting our barbers' income.

This policy ensures fairness to all clients by allowing adequate time for rescheduling, while minimizing disruption to our barbers' schedules.

If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 2 hours before your appointment.

We understand that emergencies happen. If you have extenuating circumstances that prevent you from giving 2 hours notice, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your situation.
