Cancellation Policy

We appreciate your business and understand that situations may arise that require you to reschedule your appointment. To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, we kindly ask that you familiarize yourself with our cancellation policy.

Cancellations:

  • Clients are welcome to reschedule or cancel their appointments with at least 2 hours notice before the appointment time. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client.

Cancellation Fees:

  • Unfortunately, cancellations made with less than 2 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Deposits and full payments are non-refundable in the case of cancellations.

Why We Have This Policy:

  • Barbers reserve specific appointment times for each client. Last-minute cancellations make it difficult to fill those slots, potentially impacting our barbers' income.

  • This policy ensures fairness to all clients by allowing adequate time for rescheduling, while minimizing disruption to our barbers' schedules.

We Recommend:

  • If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 2 hours before your appointment.

  • We understand that emergencies happen. If you have extenuating circumstances that prevent you from giving 2 hours notice, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your situation.
